  Inexpensive and clean but several issues need to be addressed. Refrigerator was loud and ran constantly. Some light fixtures need to be fixed/replaced Light housekeeping is bringing towels to office to switch for clean ones when office happen to be open (limited office hours) and taking care of own trash. Parking is terrible, they need to assign parking or at least paint lines so people would know to park closer so all can fit. A great location with beautiful beach across the street and convienent to getting around AMI.
